These Terms set out the conditions for using the MissaciWeb website. Nothing on this page excludes rights guaranteed by applicable law.

1. About the site

This site provides information about website creation services offered by MissaciWeb, owned by Guilherme Missaci in São João da Boa Vista, São Paulo, Brazil.

2. Use of content

Site content, including text, the logo, visual identity, layout and project images, belongs to MissaciWeb or its respective rights holders and is protected by copyright. Except where permitted by law or by a specific license stated for a material, reproduction, copying or use requires the rights holder’s permission.

Materials published under specific licenses may be used under those licenses; these Terms do not restrict the permissions they grant. The Sora and Inter fonts are subject to the SIL Open Font License. Client brands and website screenshots belong to their respective rights holders and appear in the portfolio to demonstrate the projects; displaying them does not grant a general reuse license. Credits, material sources and applicable licenses are listed in the media credits record.

3. Portfolio projects

Portfolio work is displayed for demonstration. Third-party brands and websites belong to their respective owners.

4. Contact and proposals

Completing the external Google Forms brief or using a listed contact channel does not automatically purchase a service. Services are formalised through a specific proposal and contract defining scope, deliverables, responsibilities, payment and schedule. Fees and commercial conditions are defined in the specific proposal for each project.

5. External links

The site may link to third-party websites such as WhatsApp, Instagram and Google Forms. The respective service’s conditions and policies also apply there. MissaciWeb does not control their content and remains responsible for its own activities as required by law.

6. Limitation of responsibility

We work to keep the site available and up to date, but do not guarantee error-free or uninterrupted operation. Contact us if you find an error or have trouble accessing it. Design, content and technical optimisation do not guarantee a Google position, inclusion in AI responses, a number of enquiries or revenue.

7. Changes

These Terms may be updated at any time. The current version is the one published on this page.

8. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Brazilian law. Any dispute is subject to statutory jurisdiction rules and consumer rights, when applicable.
