Privacy Policy
Last updated: 6 November 2026
MissaciWeb, owned by Guilherme Missaci, in São João da Boa Vista, São Paulo, Brazil, respects your privacy. This Policy explains the data processed while you browse the site or contact us, and how to exercise your rights under Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law No. 13,709/2018).
1. Data controller
The person responsible for processing your data (the Controller) is:
MissaciWeb — Guilherme Missaci
São João da Boa Vista, São Paulo, Brazil
Email: [email protected]
WhatsApp: +55 (19) 99317-5432
2. Data we collect
- Information you provide: when completing the external Google Forms brief or contacting us through WhatsApp, email or social media, you may provide your name, email, telephone number, company name and information about your business and project.
- Operation and security: hosting and traffic protection services may record IP address, date and time, requested address, browser and security events.
- Preferences in this browser: the site stores cookie preferences in local storage. The page address determines the language. The consent choice uses the identifier
mw-consent-v2. - Optional measurement: with permission for the relevant category, Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads may receive information about pages, interactions, devices and visit sources. Analytics and advertising have separate choices.
Do not send passwords, identity documents or sensitive data when requesting an initial quote. See the Cookie Policy.
3. How we use your data
- To respond to enquiries, questions and quote requests;
- To prepare proposals and deliver contracted services;
- To communicate updates about your project;
- To deliver the site and protect its operation;
- To understand visits and measure campaigns and contact clicks, only with permission for the relevant optional category;
- To meet legal obligations and requests from competent authorities, when applicable.
A measured contact click does not establish that a conversation, contract or sale took place.
4. Grounds for processing
Optional analytics and advertising tools depend on your permission. When you request a proposal or contract a service, relevant data is used to fulfil that request and contractual relationship. Other processing requires an assessment of its purpose and applicable legal ground; this Policy does not presume blanket permission for any use of your data.
5. Sharing and external services
Hosting, protection, email and authorised tool providers may process data to perform their functions. Data may also be supplied to meet a legal obligation or an order from a competent authority.
WhatsApp, social media and the Google Forms brief open when you choose their links. Information submitted there is also subject to the respective service’s policies. See the WhatsApp privacy policy and Google privacy policy.
The Sora and Inter fonts are served from this site’s own files. Loading fonts in this version does not require a Google Fonts connection and is separate from optional analytics and advertising tags.
Some providers operate in other countries. Processing locations and transfer mechanisms depend on the service used. You can request further information through the privacy contact.
Blog sharing links open your selected platform with the article title and URL. Copying a link uses the clipboard after your action. This version loads no social widgets automatically and collects no email newsletter registrations. You can follow the RSS feed in a reader of your choice.
Pausing or resuming animations can store your preference in this browser under mw-motion-paused, independently of optional measurement tools.
6. Hosting, retention and security
The published infrastructure uses Cloudflare. A public check on 6 November 2026 confirmed the __cf_bm cookie associated with automated traffic protection. Email address protection and a Cloudflare navigation measurement resource had also been observed on 19 October 2026. The measurement resource was not identified in the HTML retrieved during the latest check. These may process technical data independently of the Google tags controlled by this site’s preferences. See the Cloudflare privacy policy.
Retention depends on the data type, the progress of the enquiry, any contract and applicable obligations. There is no single period for all data; deletion may be subject to legal retention duties. Hosting log and external platform retention also depend on those providers’ settings and policies. Ask the privacy contact about your specific situation.
The site uses HTTPS. No digital service is risk-free; if you identify possible unauthorised access related to an enquiry or project, contact the privacy channel.
7. Your rights
In the cases provided for under the LGPD, you may request:
- Confirmation of processing and access to your data;
- Correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data;
- Anonymisation, blocking or deletion of unnecessary, excessive or unlawfully processed data;
- Portability, subject to applicable regulations;
- Information about sharing and about the possibility and consequences of withholding consent;
- Withdrawal of consent and deletion of data processed with that permission, subject to legal exceptions;
- Review of decisions based solely on automated processing that affect your interests.
Send your request to [email protected]. We may ask for proportionate information to confirm your identity and protect the data. You may also contact the ANPD and consumer protection bodies, as applicable.
8. Cookies and your choices
The Google analytics and advertising tags in the site code load only after permission for the respective category. Ad personalisation remains disabled. Rejecting optional cookies preserves access to content and contact channels. You can review your at any time.
When permission is withdrawn, the site removes Google cookies accessible to its own domain and reloads the page to stop those tags. This does not automatically erase records already received by providers or cookies on other domains. Site preferences do not automatically control resources injected by Cloudflare infrastructure. See the Cookie Policy.
9. Changes to this Policy
This Policy may change when the site or services change. The latest update date appears above. See the LGPD text (Portuguese) and ANPD guidance (Portuguese).
10. Contact
